OUR SERVICES

Assurance services for companies

Your reporting obligations depend on your company's size, ownership structure and reporting framework. We can help you work out which engagement is right.

Required for large companies, or those with overseas ownership or specified by shareholders. Provides the highest level of external assurance for lenders, banks and other stakeholders.

Independent Review

A lighter-touch option where a full audit isn’t required

Suited to companies and special purpose entities who want independent assurance without the scope of a statutory audit — often to satisfy a bank, investor or shareholder request. We will help you determine whether a review meets your needs or whether your reporting framework requires a full audit instead.
